Two Nebraska Wesleyan University students will be watching the presidential debates ever so closely.

Not only because they feel college students should be civically engaged, but the questions asked of Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump will likely have some familiarity.

Seniors Katie Krick and Garret Lorenzen have been crowned Nebraska Wesleyan University’s 2016 homecoming queen and king.

They were crowned Thursday, September 22 during the Howl Like Hell pep rally to officially kick off homecoming weekend.

Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is closed Friday through Sunday.

Nebraska Wesleyan University has announced its Academic Honors List for the fall semester of the 2015-2016 academic year.

A student must have a minimum grade point average of 3.75 (on a 4.00 scale) for 12 or more hours of coursework to qualify for the list.

For the past few years the Administrative Council has had many conversations with faculty, staff and students regarding the academic calendar.

The Pioneer Hall renovation has relocated Student health Services to a new permanent location in Burt Hall, located just west of the Knight Field House.

Nancy Newman, director of Student Health Services, has been named one of the state's "best nurses."

At the April 14 campus staff meeting, representatives from the Lincoln Journal Star stopped by and surprised Newman with an announcement that she was named one of the best in the newspaper's annual "Best Nurses in Nebraska" contest.
