Nebraska Wesleyan University crowned Kelsey Erhart of Osceola and Brenden Love of Lincoln as its 2014 homecoming queen and king.
The college seniors were crowned on Thursday, October 9 and and will over the university’s homecoming activities through Sunday, October 12.
Erhart is the daughter of Mark and Jenni Erhart and is a senior acting major. Erhart serves as a New Student Orientation leader, an Admissions Office student ambassador, and is on the Senior Class Council. She is a member of the Wesleyan Theatre Company and the Wesleyan Improv Club.
Love is the son of Gary and Cynthia Love and is a senior exercise science major. He serves as an Admissions Office student ambassador and is active in Omega Alpha Chi Fraternity where he has served as the finance and philanthropy chairs, Student Affairs Senate, NWU Catholics where he served as president, Global Service Learning, Wesleyan Alumni Student Association and the Health and Human Performance Club.

Jennifer Heywood — communication and art major and journalism minor from Lincoln. She is the daughter of Jan and Phil Heywood.
Erin Kautz — business administration major and Spanish minor from Gering. She is the daughter of Chris and Becky Kautz.
Michaela Kroft — accounting major and finance and human resources management minor from Seward. She is the daughter of Joel and Louise Kroft.
Phillip Abbey — accounting and economics major and finance minor from Parker, Colo. He is the son of William and Eunice Abbey.
Evan Sheaff — economics major and political science and legal studies minor from Lincoln. He is the son of Brad and Jennifer Sheaff.
Brock Taute — physics major and mathematics and business administration minor from Bertrand. He is the son of Mark and Theresa Taute.
