Participants in the Encounter World Religions Conference spend one week studying 11 religions through lectures, visits to spiritual sanctuaries, and participation in religious practices.
Two long-time NWU professors will return to campus on Thursday, November 2, to deliver the annual William C. Kloefkorn Nebraska Writers Series lecture.
The free lecture begins at 7:30 p.m. in Prairie Wolf A&B, located on the lower level of Story Student Center.

Seniors Hannah Rittscher and Ty Garner have been crowned the 2017 homecoming queen and king.
Rittscher, a communication studies major from Clearwater, Neb., and Garner, an environmental studies major from Broomfield, Colo., were crowned Thursday night and will reign over weekend homecoming activities.
