NWU Theatre Program
Nebraska Wesleyan University prepares theatre students to be creative leaders in and out of the theatrical industry. We give audiences outstanding live theatre in professional environments that reflect and develop our students’ potential.
Stronger experiences
NWU gives you experience in every aspect of life in the theatre. Our production volume of 30+ shows per year gets you involved sooner. Perform. Design costumes. Build sets. Learn makeup and lighting and directing and choreography.
Our program is preprofessional by nature, with theatre alumni working in Chicago, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Seattle and Phoenix as actors, directors, producers and designers. Dozens more are in New York and overseas.
