University Student Supervisor Adjunct
Nebraska Wesleyan University is seeking applicants to fill an adjunct position for the Spring 2025 academic semester (Jan. 13th - May 10th, 2025) supervising Student Teachers in math, social science, and English language arts classes in secondary education class settings.
- Master’s degree in Teaching / Education in social science, english or an administrative degree
- Current teaching or administrative certification in Nebraska
- One to three years of teaching experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Canvas or similar LMS software is a plus
- Demonstrated interpersonal and innovative teaching skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with faculty and students
- Strong commitment to student-centered active learning and student engagement
- Background check and official transcripts needed post job offer, pre-employment
