We hope your student is progressing through NWU’s enrollment steps as they get ready for the fall semester. There are a few important tasks to complete—including submitting a photo for their student ID and completing the parking tag request form.

If your student has not already had their ID photo taken at Prairie Wolves Launch or New Student Orientation, they can use this form to upload a photo. Uploaded photos must:

  • Be current and in color
  • Feature a white smooth background with no other people or objects
  • Use sufficient lighting with no shadows
  • Show a front view with the student’s full face filling at least 80% of the frame
  • Be cropped from just above the head to the collarbone
  • Have eyes open and visible with no glare from eyeglasses
  • Feature no hats or sunglasses

Students who plan to park a vehicle on campus must also complete a parking tag request form. Students will use their NWU login and password to complete the form. They’ll also need to know their vehicle’s make, model, color and license plate number.

Students will receive their IDs and parking tags when they arrive on campus in August.

We appreciate your assistance in encouraging your student to complete all the enrollment steps. We can’t wait to welcome them to campus!
