Background

Nikki is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work at Nebraska Wesleyan University, having completed her Bachelor’s in Social Work at Wesleyan in 2022. She is employed full-time at a non-profit organization in Omaha, where she focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion education and training. Nikki's clinical interests encompass neurodiversity, self-esteem and empowerment, and anxiety disorders. She adopts a person-centered and holistic approach to client interactions that is both strengths-based and collaborative. Nikki is dedicated to fostering an empathetic and non-judgmental environment, allowing clients to present their authentic selves. In her free time, Nikki enjoys outdoor activities, photography, podcasts, reading, and spending time with her pets.
