Mary was the Director of Coach and Player Development at TEAM Nebraska Softball Organization. Prior to coming to Nebraska Wesleyan University, she spent 10 years as the head coach at Colorado State University. She also spent 10 years at the University of Nebraska-Omaha as the head coach.
