Background

As a Counseling Psychologist-in-training, I employ an integrated narrative approach that incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) interventions. My current role as a research assistant at the CLEAR Lab under the guidance of Dr. Mun Yuk Chin allows me to contribute to cutting-edge research in this area. Additionally, I conduct research in the Vocational Lab with Dr. Neeta Kantamneni, where I explore vocational and career development issues. My professional commitment is deeply rooted in serving historically marginalized communities through a combination of clinical practice, research endeavors, and advocacy initiatives. This multifaceted approach reflects my dedication to advancing the field of counseling psychology and addressing the needs of underserved populations.
