NWU Music helps students find their voice.
“We each have music born within us that no one else has ever made and no one else ever could,” said Nebraska Wesleyan University Professor of Music Tom Trenney. “It is a rich blessing and a deep privilege to be part of helping others to set that music free.”
Prof. Trenney directs NWU’s award-winning University Choir, is minister of music at Lincoln’s First-Plymouth Church and serves as artistic director of the Abendmusik Concert Series. He holds Master of Music degrees in both choral conducting and organ performance. And he’s one of the many talented mentors your students will find at Nebraska Wesleyan University.
NWU offers a variety of competitive scholarships for students interested in vocal and instrumental music. The audition process begins with this online scholarship application.
