The Registrar's Office creates and maintains an academic record for any student who attends NWU. It contains the following information:

  1. Full legal name
  2. Student Identification number
  3. Transfer credit presented - college attended, semester and years of attendance, number of hours presented for transfer
  4. Official transcript - NWU courses with credit hours, grades, and grade points
  5. Majors, minors, and specializations
  6. Degrees earned at NWU and date(s) awarded
  7. Cumulative GPA upon graduation
