March Faculty, Staff Meetings
The March faculty meeting will be held on Monday, March 2 at 4 p.m. in Callen Conference Center. The March staff meeting will be held on Monday, March 9 at 9 a.m. in Callen.
President's Open Office Hour on Thursday
President Good will hold an open office hour on Thursday, March 5 at 2 p.m. in Archway Cafe, located in Story Student Center. No appointment is necessary.
Runza Dine Out for NWU Day: March 18
Runza at 56th and Holdrege streets has kindly agreed to hold another “Dine Out For NWU” day. Mark your calendars for Wednesday, March 18. Runza will donate 15 percent of the day’s sales — dine-in, drive-thru, carry out and gift cards — to benefit Nebraska Wesleyan’s Archway Fund. Last fall this event raised $1,000.
Math Club to Hold Pi Run on March 21
The Math Club will hold its 10th annual Pi (π) Mile Fun Run. Participants can run and/or walk approximately 3.14 miles on campus and receive an entire pie upon completion. The run will be held on Saturday, March 21. Check-in begins at 9:45 a.m. in front of Olin Hall with the run beginning at 10:30 a.m. Cost is $5 for students; $10 for adults. Deadline to register is March 17. Registration forms and further details available here.
