This summer, Global Service Learning worked alongside ConstruCASA, an organization that builds homes for Guatemalan families who fall well beneath the poverty line.
During their time there GSL got to know the organization, as well as their host family, the construction crew, and the family for whom they were building the house.
GSL also had the unanticipated opportunity to do relief work after Tropical Storm Agatha caused mudslides in the villages near where they were staying.
