The Student Affairs Senate Academic Affairs Committee has established a new faculty award, Faculty Advisor of the Year.
A professor selected for this award should be someone who has made a distinct impact on a student's learning and overall development. All part-time and full-time faculty who provide advising services during the entire academic year are eligible.
Deadline for submitting nominations is Friday, April 10. The award will be presented on Monday, May 4.
