The Career & Counseling Center will host its annual Backpack to Briefcase Networking Reception on Wednesday, February 25 from 3 to 5 p.m. in Great Hall.
This event will bring 45 regional employers to campus to recruit students for internships or full-time employment. Some also have part-time jobs available. Students should bring their resume and be prepared to network with these companies.
The first 75 students to RSVP and attend the reception will receive a resume padfolio courtesy of Sandhills Publishing. RSVP at the Career & Counseling Center or email your name, major, and graduation date to career [at] nebrwesleyan.edu (career[at]nebrwesleyan[dot]edu). Students are welcome to set up an appointment with the Career & Counseling Center to have their resume critiqued, or visit during the open office hours: Tuesdays: 1-3 p.m., Wednesdays: 10 a.m. – Noon, Thursdays: 3-5 p.m.
